Order Processing
- Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.
- Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
- During periods of increased demand, processing may require up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been prepared, it will be transferred to one of our trusted international logistics partners.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times depend on your destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Unexpected customs inspections, weather conditions or local carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–72 hours.
Multiple Packages
To reduce delivery times, orders containing several products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities. Receiving multiple tracking numbers for the same order is completely normal.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
Order Changes
If your order has not entered processing, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.
Once fulfillment has started, changes are no longer guaranteed.
Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by local authorities.
These fees, when applicable, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate directly with the carrier and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
